Service Description

Join us for this special Burn's Evening with a difference in Crawfordsburn! Robert Burns wrote some of the world’s most famous songs and poetry including Auld Lang Syne. We celebrate his birthday on 25th January (1759) with a live poetry reading and some traditional Scottish nibbles in our cosy Crawfordburn Cottage. The event will include painting an item of pottery accompanied by poetry readings and much more. We will glaze your items after which will be ready for collection within 2-4 weeks. All items will be food, dishwasher and microwave safe after firing. Price includes a piece of pottery for painting, selection of traditional nibbles and a hot drink. You are welcome to BYO wine. CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that we have a 7 days notice policy for rescheduling or cancelling bookings. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded, unless your place can be filled POTTERY COLLECTION: All Pottery items made in one of our classes will be kept in the pottery for collection up to 3 months after you have been contacted. Shipping can be arranged for a small surcharge. Please get in contact with the manager via email potterystaff@loafcatering.com Due to limited space we are unable to store any uncollected items longer than 3 months.

Cancellation Policy

You can pay for your class by debit or credit card online using Stripe. Changes to your booking - Each time a change is made to your Pottery Event Booking we charge an administration fee of £5 per person. You should pay this in advance via payment link which will be sent to your booking email address. If you have any questions go to https://www.loafcatering.com/events-faqs All classes and events must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Please make us aware of any special requirements or requests at the time of booking by emailing pottery@loafcatering.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however please be aware that this may not always be possible.
